Tomizawa Michie is Hino Rei's seiyuu. She was born October 20, 1961 in Nagano, Japan. She is also an accomplished singer and has release 4 CDs. I think her voice fits Rei's personality very well and I can't picture Rei with another seiyuu. ^_^ Michie-san is also part of Peach Hips and a group called Knight Sabers. She also works for Aoni Productions like Aya-san.
