Ogata Megumi is the deep voice behind Sailor Uranus. She portrays a wide range of emotions in the characters that she plays. She also did the voice of the young Chiba Mamoru in the R movie. She did Petz's voice (which was very feminine) in the R series. Those characters voices range far and wide.
