Umi no hoshi kaiouseio shiyugonimotsu shinkai no hoshi Sailor Neptune! ("I am the soldier of the deep waters, and I carry the protection of the planet of the sea, Neptune, I am Sailor Neptune!) Kaioh Michiru was the first of the outer senshi to be awakened (except for Sailor Pluto, but that's another story ^_^) Michiru is probably one of the most talented of the senshi. She plays the violin (she's world famous) she paints, and she's smart. She owns her own helicopter (which is named Kaioumaru) and she has a glass violin! (Rich rich rich ^_^) Sailor Neptune controls the force of water (as does Sailor Mercury) but her attacks are much stronger, because she was a guardian of the Silver Millenium. Her attack, Deep Submerge is a tidal wave of water that drowns her opponent. Neptune is also the carrier of the talisman, the Deep Aqua Mirror. The mirror can be used to detect an evil prescence and it also gives Neptune the attack Submarine Reflection. The mirror shoots an energy beam at her opponents, either destroying them or showing their weakness. In the manga, Neptune also had the attack Submarine Violin Tide, which used her violin. Okay, I know you guys have been waiting for me to say something about Haruka and Michiru's relationship. They are gay, there is no way around it! (SOS, hello?!) But for you people who don't like them, get over yourselves! They are great senshi! They are so dedicated to their mission (whatever it may be) and you can't help but admire their determination. As the Princess of Neptune, she has a castle named Triton located right above the Neptune's atmosphere. On one occasion she borrowed power from her castle in manga #15. Shinkai no hoshi, kaiouseio shiyugonimotsu, houyou no senshi, Sailor Neptune! (I am the soldier of embrace, and I carry the protection of the planet of deep water, Neptune. I am Sailor Neptune!) My Opinion:Neptune is a good senshi and she knows it. She's not afraid to fight physically for her mission. She is also extremely intelligent and powerful.Michiru may come off as harsh sometimes but she only does what she has too.
