Meioh Setsuna is Sailor Pluto. Sailor Pluto only appears when all hell is about to break loose. She was the only senshi not to be reincarnated from the battle of the Silver Millennium. No one knows exactly how old she is though she appears to be around 18 in the manga and in her 20s in the anime. In the manga, Setsuna is a freshman in college. She majors in theoretical physics (my opinion…ick! ^_^;) Sailor Pluto first appears in the R series (manga 5) It is said that Pluto carries the blood of the god Chronos. She has lived between every era, so she usually knows what's going to happen and when.

As Sailor Pluto, she has the attack Dead Scream. Pluto uses her Garnet Rod to initiate the attack. For some reason, the Dead Scream was the only attack that Pluto had in the anime. In the manga, Pluto had the attack Chronos Typhoon that used her talisman, the Garnet Orb. The Garnet Orb is the red jewel on the top of her staff. She also had the Garnet Ball, which inclosed people in a protective bubble. On one occasion under Galaxia's influence in the manga, Pluto combined her attack with Saturn's, and the result was the Garnet Orb Silence Glaive Galactica Cannon. That attack was strong enough to knock Chibichibi off of her feet! (That's what you call some serious power! ^_^) Pluto also has a forbidden attack. The time stop. Contrary to popular belief it is not the Dark Dome Close. In the manga, to stop time Pluto holds up her staff and shouts "Stop, Time Stop!" But the penalty for using this attack is severe. In the manga, she gives up her life (later to be reincarnated by Neo Queen Serenity) in the anime, she has to leave the earth and return to the time door. The Dark Dome Close shuts the doors of time, sealing off whatever is behind it, forever (it was seen in manga 10 used against Master Pharoah 90).

Setsuna has a close relationship with Chibiusa who calls her Puu and with Hotaru (who calls her Setsuna-mama ^_^) It has been said that Pluto is in love with King Endymion, but I'm not really sure about that. As the Princess of Pluto, her castle is named Charon.

Jikuno hoshi, meioseio shiyugonimotsu, henkaku no senshi, Sailor Pluto! (I am the soldier of change, and I carry the protection of the planet of time and space, Pluto. I am Sailor Pluto!)

My Opinion:Setsuna really does not have a personality in the anime, but that's okay, I love her anyway! It was so cute when she actually giggled in the Sailor Star series! I think that's the only time she ever laughed in the anime.
