Fukami Rica is Aino Minako's seiyuu. She has the perfect voice for a girl like Minako. She is able to portray a wide range of emotions skillfully. Her voice is strong at times (especially when she is singing) or it can be silly (like Minako ^_^). She played several other small roles in Sailormoon. She played Reika (Motoki’s girlfriend) and a youma. She was born August 8, 1963 in Saitama, Japan. She is also part of Peach Hips. She works for Doujinsha Production.
