Kawashima Chiyoko is the smooth voice behind Sailor Pluto. Like Sailor Pluto, this seiyuu is extremely mysterious! I have found only 1 picture of her and it is from a group shot! Anyways, she was born June 8 in Tokyo. She also provided the voice for Tsukino Shingo (Usagi's little brother) and Sakurada Haruna (Usagi's teacher). She works for Aoni Production.
