Araki Kae is better known as the voice actress for Chibiusa. She also did Usagi's voice for several episodes when Mitsuishi Kotono was sick. Usually people say they don't like Chibiusa's voice because it is too "cute". I think her voice is fine for a girl who has pink hair! Araki Kae is an outstanding seiyuu. She also did Black Lady's voice. (if you have seen the Japanese version of the R series then you know what a difference it was between Chibiusa's voice and Black Lady's) She was born November 6, in Osaka, Japan. She is part of the group Gun Smith Cats.
